Requesting to join a club without an invite

If a teammate shares their club's page with you, here's how to request to join a team yourself.

Not every new player needs a personal invite from an admin. If you've got your club's page link (ask a teammate or check their socials), you may be able to request to join directly.

  1. Open your club's page and choose Request to join. If you don't see this option, that club has switched it off and you'll need an admin to invite you directly instead.
  2. Pick the specific team you're asking to join, and give your name and email.
  3. If you don't already have a Dugout account, you'll go through the normal sign-up steps first.

Your request then sits as pending until a team or club admin reviews it. If they approve it, you're in. Your player profile is created and you'll be able to log in and see your team's fixtures, squad and stats. If they don't, you won't get an explicit "rejected" notice; you'll simply remain unaffiliated with that team, since most declined requests are just duplicates or mistakes rather than anything personal.
