Your Player Profile lives inside whichever club and team you're viewing at the time, rather than under your general account settings. You'll find it the same way you'd look up anyone else's profile, for instance from a squad list.
It shows your appearance history, position, shirt number and season stats for that club. Landing on your own profile gives you a couple of extra options the others don't: you can update your profile photo and your shirt number yourself.
If you play for more than one club on Dugout, each one has a completely separate Player Profile with its own independent stats. There's no combined view across clubs, so a hat-trick for one club never shows up on the other's leaderboard.
